Sister Jabou

GW had to deliver a state of the DIS Union speech and he had nothing else going on well for him - the economy ,the health sector and education etc all slowly colasping- so he had to talk about something else . What was the easiest way out to window dress his speech - talk about a promise to help Aids victims  in Africa as if there is no Aids else where

Africa needs economic develpoment which will solve the aids and agricultural woes there- It is a combination of things plus eradication of bad leaders that will emancipate Africa.

 We should say thank you to America and Bush of course as beggars have no choice - a little bit is better than nothing. Thank you GW for your kind thoughts
