Thanks a bunch but that sure does not sound good.  As hard as it sounds I think those scheduled for the 4th and 5th flights should cancel and get a refund considering that the earliest they can make it there will be next Friday.  I see no point in spending that much money just to miss out on some of the fundamentals of the Hajj.  I hope there is a good explanation from those responsible as to what they've been doing since the last Hajj.  I think they had ample time to work out the logistics. My main worry is that the people that normally perform the Hajj are usually the elderly and to subject them to such troubles is wicked to say the least. By the time they make it to the Holy land, all the excitement will be gone and all that will be left of them is pure exhaustion.
