Folks, this and many other forms of corruption is the reason why our state is bankrupt. If this is not a donation from the outside, has this been factored in that forged document we called "our budget"? Even if it were a donation, its type should show up in the books. However, just like the private jet, the zoo, and countless other stolen items funded by our coffers, these schemes are set aside for use by these criminals. And the learned among us act as if they do not exist and exclude them from the counting. Folks, as long as we have these criminals, coupled by a citizenry that have an unhealthy appetite for trinkets, we shall forever remain poor. These criminals know that many of us are waiting for an opportunity to partake in their loot, thus, they shall forever continue to dangle a piece of fat to the hungry in the interest of solidifying their grip on our existence.
