Oh yes those prices were from New york to Dakar - indeed so
$750 to $850 average and you can even extend your time with Air Portugal for two months if you desire to stay in Dakar that long and the price will be the same
Many Senegalese use them now . the thing is they are NON refundable no matter what- once you buy it you either use it or loose your money - fair enough !!
As for Tenn the fat lady will soon sing - just a couple of hours left!
