Well, I read the article at the bottom of the your post.  I read this the same article posted by Ousman Bojang, but the way I see it the article did not started that Hammat Bah was against wowen development.  I agreed with most of the things you said about how women are treated in Gambia.  Like you said, I could not see how women can acquire thier going to heaven from men when those men are running around looking for light skin women. (No disrespect to light skin women).  I think is about time women rise up and challenge men in very aspect of development.  In the article provided by you, did not mention that Mr Bah is against the develpment of women life, but what Mr Bah said was that some educated women are using this to their own personal advantage.  I think it is wrong for anyone to use the plight of poor people to enrich themselves.  This is a common thing that most of the people use their positions to use poor people for their own personal benefit.  If there is another article which stated that Mr Bah is against the development, can you please provide that for the list so that we can all condemn him, because he suppose to know better.
