Subject: Obituary Announcement

Dear G-Lers,
I have just received a call from home saying that
Sainabou Jobe, known to many as Sai Jobe, of Bakau has passed away this
morning.
Sai was the daughter of Mbye Jobe(Band Master) and Ida
Jeng of Bakau. This is very devastating news to all of us. As her father
happens to be married to my Mum at the moment we all knew her as a good
sister and friend always ready to help. As for those who knew her, she was
kind, sociable and light-hearted.
She is gone but will always be remembered. Sai is
survived by a daughter and a son and have lived in the UK the past years.

She will be buried today after the 2:00 prayers at Bakau.
May her soul rest in peace.

Mai Sey.
