Sorry to  hear about this. Unfortunately whenever we purchase anything on line we are at a risk especially from some insecured sites

I would suggest you get something in writing from them asap and file a police report which you can also use to fix your credit report  It is not late . You can still get it corrected but the money you lost will be history.Make sure equifax and your credit card put in your report that you were a victim as it will be hard to try to get it right each time you apply for anything even a job .

I would suggest you try to reach our very own George to track this person down .
