Folks, this is a gentle reminder that pledges are being accepted to create a
"Save The Gambia Fund", initially proposed by Abdoulaye Saine. This fund is
to help the opposition in the 2006 presidential elections. If you believe
that Yaya and the APRC are ruining Gambia, then this is the fund to save
oneself. There is power in numbers and no amount is insignificant. If say,
you pledge to set aside $5 per month to October 2006, starting today, that
would amount to $220 and you won't even feel it. Multiply that by 500
pledges and we get a cool $110,000 and I am positive that if Gambians really
want a change, we should not have a problem getting more than a thousand
pledges. But, like they say, in order to win the lottery, you have to play
first. I hope many more join Abdoulaye and others in this worthy cause.
Your country and people need your help.
