Lawyer Sillah's estate i.e. his daughter in the US may initiate a tort action against the Gambia Government ASAP. A legal action plan should be swift and strategic such as to prevent the murderers from escaping ultimate justice. Koro's family should be alerted immediately to file their complaint with an attorney in New York ( perhaps Save the Gambia Fund may be of some use). The November 11, April 10/11 massacres and all the other sporadic acts of terror should follow with their respective lawsuits. Copies of these complaints should be filed with the International Relations Committees at the US Congress and other donor organizations especially the World Bank Group. This way the IMF shall have the material evidence of bad governance and injustice to further pressurize Yaya's government. I urge those interested to start thinking along such creative means of securing justice. Ebou Jallow __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Find out what made the Top Yahoo!
