Thanks Elhadj. I was able to access the site with this address.
This si very good because this organization is an NGO that has  special
consultative status with the United Nations' ECOSOC.
The key to effectivelyfighting the APRC is disseminating information to the
relevant International organizations and governments, and NGO's such as thsi
RHADDO that have the mandate to observe and report back to these bodies are very
useful.
