On Saturday 15th May and Sunday 16th May, evening, Gambians gathered at the gates of Kentish Town Police Station to demonstrate against the Murder of kebba Jobe aka "Dobo", by Metropolitan Police in Camden.  According to an eye witness, a "Stop and search" led to Dobo being manhandled and strangled.

It is announced that the new Independent Police Complaints Commission will launch an enquiry into his death.

Another gathering and demonstration is planned for tomorrow Monday 17th May in front of Kentish Town Police Station at 5:30 PM GMT, before proceeding to : 21 Leonard Day House, Athlone Street, Kentish Town, NW5 4LN.
