demoralising conversation  with Churchill Baldeh.
For President Jammeh to appoint nobody but a nattering crank to the office
of Majority leader speaks volumes about his respect for the National
Assembly. Here we have it: Africa's leaders deliberately reversing her into
the Middle Ages.
