Hmmmmmmm! And what is the source of this D1 million pledge? His salary and per diem? Farming and animal husbandry? Allah's bank? I hope our people are not going to turn the blind eye and just focus of what this money could do for the players, but to start to address the main corrupting element in our country - Yaya Jammeh. This is yet another material that NADD can discuss with Gambians. Heck, this criminal is giving us evidence of his criminal activities everyday, yet Gambians just stay mute, including all those that were rounded up a couple of months ago for embezzlement. It is really interesting that in Africa, Presidents/thieves have more net resources than the states they mislead. Where as our state coffers are empty, but Jammeh is so loaded that he can pledge D1 million to a soccer team. The same person rounding up folks for supposedly stealing D77,000. Yet the APRC NAMs have no problem guarding the biggest thief in the history of The Gambia, Yaya Jammeh. Folks, these are the low hanging fruit in the case against Jammeh that even the sycophant of the sycophants cannot defend. I wonder why, for 40 years we live on handouts as a nation. Please read on.
