Cynthia, I don't think that what happened between you, Ebou and Joe has anything to do with anyone else. In my opinion that stuff is personal and should be treated as such. Besides I wouldn't let what anybody have to say bother me on anything I made a conscious decision on. That is the benefit of being grown. After all you are the one living with your decision and conscience. On the other hand every living Gambian knows that Jammeh's salary does not provide him with the life style he is living nor does it support his kind nature in all the gifts he is dishing out. One million Dalasis per player, we are talking about at least fifteen million Dalasis. There is a lot of things that money can be redirected to for the benefit of all Gambians instead of fifteen or what have you. Truth be told, the players deserve to be recognized but within our means. There is nothing wrong with giving them one hundred million Dalasis if our coffers can handle it. Give me fifteen million Dalasis and I will work out a way to power majority of the Gambia more than six hours in four days, might be able to squeeze in running water supply too for a few fays. Come on lets be for real. I think it is an insult to the entire Gambia when Jammeh takes Gambians through his commissions of enquiry and go to the extend of sending some people to jail for corruption.
