Maybe someone bought their vote and that is why they stayed home.  The puzzle 
we have to figure out is who engaged in vote buying? The  very fact that 
Jammeh won everywhere is pretty interesting and could be  indicative of other 
things aside from all of Gambia just opting to  vote overwhelmingly for him.
