I never knew you too have become a spokesman for the defunct NADD.
Who said i asked NADD the questions?
I never asked anyone this question Edi. If you are trying to know
the questions i emailed PDOIS two yeasr ago, please contact them.
The question i put forward are for highligting issues i need
answers on, mainly from the politicians belonging to a political
party.
What i will get from it is multi-facet, what is of
benefit to me, may not be of any use to you. Some of the ideas you find
interesting, i don't and maybe likewise. Thanks

1. What is the difference between a merge and a coalition
of political parties? 2. What kind of coalition would you
like to see in preparation for next elections? 3. What are
you and your party doing in preparation for the coming
elections? 4. What did you learn from the “NADD
debate and disagreement? 5. What effect has the NADD
discrepancy on your political perception? 6. What
consequences would you measure on party leaders involved with
NADD?
Brother Suntu, I will like to ask one question
here as you wanted political minded people to participate.
However, I am not one of those you required for answering your
questions but as far as my opinion is concern, these setting of
questionnaire will give you no critical argument to base you
findings on, as a result, I may assumed the reason why NADD
didn't answered to your question. Backing up my sentiments on
your questionnaire are as follow; WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE
BETWEEN COALITION AND MERGE and you continued
WHAT KIND OF COALITION WILL YOU LIKE TO SEE IN PREPARATION.
This tells the respondents that you know their choices already.
Instead if i were you, I put my questions as:
1.WHAT IS COALITION?
2. WHAT IS A MERGE?
3. WHICH AMONG THIS TWO WILL BE FAVOURABLE AND WHY?
4. HOW WILL THE ABOVE BE STRUCTURED TO FAVOUR THE PARTIES
INVOLVED? etc etc.
Secondly, when talking about coalition and merger, you
should avoid individualising your questionnaire as you state on
the following 4 questions to avoid swaying away from
your actual aim. I for one, did not get what you are trying
to achieve here even if you have enough despondence due to the
inconsistency of your question which will give no conclusion to
base your findings on. Edi

A question for political minded folks. I hope the
insiders in UDP?NRP and also PDOIS consider answring
this questions. For now, let me see how my nephew will
respond.
This was prepared a while ago, although Sidibe's
observation made a lot sense, there is a need for
further enquiry. I believe before we are able to
engage in any genuine political discussion the question
of NADD has to be clearly dealt with and understood.
Here are some questions I would want
answered
1. What is the difference between a
merge and a coalition of political parties? 2. What
kind of coalition would you like to see in preparation
for next elections? 3. What are you and your party
doing in preparation for the coming elections? 4.
What did you learn from the “NADD debate
and disagreement? 5. What effect has the NADD
discrepancy on your political perception? 6. What
consequences would you measure on party leaders involved
with NADD?
7. Can the existing political
parties/leaders deliver needed political change? 8.
Do you think the present political leaders overstayed
their leadership positions? 9. Do you think Gambian
politics needs new blood, new leaders, new ideas?
10. How would you rate the credibility of Gambian
politics/politicians?
11. What is the political
ideology of your party? 12. What is the ideological
difference between your party, APRC and others? 13.
Why do you think the voters are voting APRC and not
otherwise? 14. What’s more to removing APRC
from power, what else is your agenda?
15. What
kind of government do you think would better the
living-standard of citizens? 16. How would you attain
self-sufficiency in food, local industry and increased
export? 17. How and how-much do you intend to spend
on, for example infrastructure, education, agriculture,
job creation and healthcare if your party is
elected?
