Having followed this debate well, i don't know how much i can be dragged into it. Despite repeated calls by many, you still cannot take to rest.  I think that at the wee hours of your unjustified aggression against Halifa and co, i made my points very clear to you at the Bantaba, at least my expectations of you, regardless you are free to skin any one to death. Don't confuse my thread with taking Halifa's side. The Mathew you are associating with is known to some of us---and Dr.Jaiteh was right to caution you not to get that low. If Mathew is in immediate fear or endangered to post here, trust me, no one can blame you for posting his pieces here, but again you are free to follow your judgment. Don't forget so soon, Mathew's take on you during the tribal debate you had months ago. The Mathew character is a scary one, apart from being an idiotic George Wallace, he is also probably another forceful dictator being groomed by Gambians....one that can dissolve the GPU-USA at mid-day while engaged in division of Gambians.

While I thank you for the many other topics of yours on different subject matters especially islam, your field of study and poetry, my opinion is you shock so bad when you dwell on Halifa and co, especially the way and manner you have been posting about them here. You have been unfair to them. If you let me have the last word as a brother and friend, please move on to something more important.

I did not see any of those who challenged your allegations and innuendos doing so by shouting, including myself. Perhaps the noise was all in your head Suntou.
Honest discussions based on proven facts and undertaken with sincerity are never a distraction. Deliberate misrepresentations disguised as civil discourse definitely are and my view is that those who engage in them intend for them to be distractions and to deliberately attempt to alter the real facts or for whatever other agenda. However, those sorts of undertakings are seldom successful or beneficial, especially to the proponents.
