I see you know your Spanish history. Well consider this the running of the bulls at Pamploma. You and the other PDOISards are the vanes of my windmill. I see you got jokes too. The windmill is the vertical axis kind. You're too funny. Haruna.

Haruna,
I see you are so engrossed in yoru obsession with Halifa that you are now imagining me and others joining you in your useless venture. Kind of reminds me of Don Quixote, the Man of Lamancha and his imaginary windmills.

NO Jabou. I did not say cooperation. Cockamayme cloud cuchoo words are not my forte'. Where did you hear me speak of cooperation?

I agree with you wholeheartedly about the NADD '06 expedition Jabou.

[Instead, we have people grasping at straws afte

NO. Unless you think the 5th solo fact-finding is a revival party for the ever-elusive NADD rigamarole. Jabou why are you trying to confuse yourself?? Reminds me of the intelligence report whose peddlers complicate simple premises and call untangling the web - intelligence report. Sheer waste of valuable time and acumen. Forget about you trying to convince Halifa to redo the "fact-finding" right. I leave that task to Coach. Haruna. I am considering recalling the Mbasange riche at this time. MQJGDT. Darbo. You still haven't told us what you did to our sister Ginny. I told Evian to let me know when we lose her, but the man is in shock.

Haruna. I wanna get that out of the way first before I resume on Yahya. No one speaks for me or acts on my behalf without my express permission. MQJGDT. Darbo. Yahya is doing that everyday and that's why I am not pleased with him at this time. AL Mu'Umin. The illegality of Yahya's poisoning campaign was established even before "fact-finding" by Halifa. the ruse became all about the freedom of Halifa is what baffles me. The "witches" continue to succumb to the poisoning as we speak.

I get it Jabou. So you would have handled it exactly as Halifa did. There are a few concerns I want to bring to your attention:

1. Halifa engaged in "Fact-finding". Facts were already found by your employed journalists and publis hed in your paper Foroyaa and other papers and news outlets. So would you characterize the demarche as a "fact-finding" expedition or a "sensitization Tour" for your consti tuents?

2. Would=2
0you broaden your itinerary to include those areas that were affected prior to Makumbaya and Sintet?

3. If according to you, [and only because I think that is the only common sense way to handle it given that common sense and the rule of law is non-existent in this government. (if it was, they would not be witch hunting)] the "abduction and poisoning were crimes cloaked in the ruse of a witch-hunting", would you, on hindsight, have sought the advice and company of legal practitioners in your fact finding?

4. Because this was a national matter, would you rely on your singular person as leader of a political party to prosecute this lawlessness? Would you atleast convene a meeting of your alliance partners (PPP, NDAM) to set up an alliance fact-finding mission that may or may not include the leaders of the alliance?

5. If in fact you "consulted" with religious, civic, and other leaders, would you simply advise them of your plans to engage in solo-factfinding, or would you seek their input as to the best way to approach the completion of a crime??? Halifa did say he relied on his implied authorities as leader of a political party to hold town-hall meetings.

I have some more concerns but I will stop here at the risk of overwhelming you with query. Haruna. Evian, Olfactor, Laye, Suntou, Malang, Kukeh, yo u all may jump in here at anytime you deem appropriate. MQJGDT. Darbo. What happened to our sister Ginny??? Who donit??

Probably the same way that Halifa handled it if I was on the ground, and only because I think that is the only common sense way to handle it given that common sense and the rule of law is non-existent in this government. (if i t was, they would not be witch hunting) I would Speak out against it and if that does not have any effect, (which would be a given) find out from the victims what they were subjected to and tell the World. Expose20them to the highest heights and if my voice has influence in certain important circles around the globe, I would use those connections to bring pressure to bear.
Are yo u fishing for good ideas Haruna?

Haruna,

Halifa already h andled it according to the way that was available to him, he asked the pertinent questions ot th
e pertinent authorities and stated what his
plan was with regard to that, went to those affected in an attempt to get the facts from them, and  spoke up and bro ught it to the attention of the World and suffered the consequences on behalf of the Gambian people and his actions probably prevented the carnage from continuing. You're a smar t brother, I am sure you already know  that so what is your purpose for asking a question with such an obvious answer that a first grader can give it to you? I refer you to the coverage in Foroyaa and other Gambian publications, on Halifa's actions and his words with regard to this issue. Look there to refresh your mind about something you no doubt already have the answer to.
Jabou Joh
