Thanks for your comments on this issue. It is sad that some of us are just interested in tarnishing the images and reputations of others without any justification whatsoever. I believe, however, that people tarnish their own images and reputations. No one can do that for anyone or to anyone. Halifa Sallah and I have always held each other in mutual respect. I consider him an elder brother and a source of inspiration for me, even though I am not a member of PDOIS and may disagree with his own personal views. I am just incapable of understanding why this writer seems so hell bent on inflicting pain on my person. In any case, he/she has failed on that score. He accuses me of writing behind pseudonyms but uses the name Kuno, which is certainly a pseudonym. To add to Haruna's bit, Kuno apparently forgot that he/she is guilty of the same crime he/she is accusing me of. For the rest of his/her accusations, the record speaks for itself and time will tell.

I echo your sentiments vis-a-vis Galleh. FWIW, I think there's a marked difference in sentence structure, vocabulary, syntax, grammar, and reasoning between Galleh and Rent-A-Cop. Any chance similarity in satire is pure and gratuitous immitation. And immitation is the best form of flattery. Did Kuno consider that as part of his calculus? That's just me. And what if Rent-A-Cop is Galleh's stunt double?? What's the big friggin deal??? You notice I infuse my new-found movie magic in there. I encourage Kuno to abandon such futile enterprise of a wild goose chase. He/she seems like an intelligent person. Haruna.

Dear Yero,
Thank you for sharing this p iece with me. I guess as someone active in the public arena, I am bound to be accused, rightly or wrongly, of things I have not done. I am certainly not The Watchman, and Allah is my witness. The writer of that piece has absolutely no evidence that I am The Watchman. He or she simply suspects very strongly that I am. But he or she is wrong. Again, God is my witness that he or she is wrong. As for my being humiliated by Halifa and my hating Halifa, this writer is just expressing his or her hatred of me. And he or she has the right to hate and love whoever he or she wants. I know that he or she owes me an apology for wrongly accusing me. But I do not demand an apology. I know that we human beings are frail and fallible and we all are often betrayed by our minds and prejudices. I leave all in the hands of God Almighty, and pray that the truth about this is brought to light. Just for the record, I am sharing this posting
