WHERE IS EBRIMA?
There is one question we want answered:
Where is Ebrima? We need your help to ask it. Arrested in July 2006 in the
Gambia, Ebrima Manneh
’s family hasn’t heard from him since. Itis believed he was arrested for attempting to re-print a BBC
article that was critical of the government.
We
’d like you to take a photo of the message ‘Where isEbrima?
’ which we will add to a photo album to present to theGambian authorities.
Whether you take your picture next to an interesting
landmark near where you live or while you are on an
exotic holiday, you have free rein to be as creative as
possible.
When you
’ve taken your snaps, please send them to , letting us know where the snap wastaken. We
’ll make all the photos that go into the albumavailable online so you can see how everyone else asked
‘
Where is Ebrima?’Please send us your pictures by 15 July 2009.
