I think you are quite within the contours of permissible reading in interpreting Haruna's contribution on this vital topic as offensive to you. He has quite a different conversational style, and I would myself have settled for Bailo's take that his tone was more "disdainful" than insulting, if only because ATT is fully aware that insulting a colleague on the L is likely to result in even more trash being hurled in his direction.
 
I think you even the score quite amusingly in assigning him the potential quality of a hermaphrodite. 
 
On the substantive issue, you raised some valid points, and I hope someone brings them to Ousainou's attention as soon as possible.
