You have made me proud again. I was much aggrieved when I saw you use such profanity when I understood your vocabulary to be rich and circumspect. I thought you yielded yourself unnecessary disdain and disgust when you could have conveyed your points more succinctly and with better quality. Remmmber, when you use untoward language, it doesn't change the receptability of your message. It only diminishes your audience.

 

I have been very proud of you especially when you completed your legal studies with honourable mention. I now continue to be proud of you for apologising to us all. I am comforted that barring momentary lapses in judgement and circumspect, you have a tremendous lot to offer Gambians, and all the orld's peoples.

 

It was not proper to share your convictions on Free expression with Mr. T by using that profanity in the same breath with his parents, even truncated. I was equally disappointed in Mr. T for matching your waywardness with his own. You had indeed provoked him when there was no indication that he had implicitly aversed you or your parents.

 

I would advise you to NOT GO SILENT, especially after this apology. It does not mean Mr. T would accept the apology and for good measure, it does not mean we would accept yours and Mr. T's apologies. What it demonstrates is that both of you are capable of being rehabilitated and if our community here can help you toward that rehabilitation, I, on my own behalf, have forgiven both of you and I deire your continued company here.

Yet he wondered why i send him the email, he had forwarded. In simple, my intention< /FONT>

As for Muhammed Drammeh, I don't know what calibre you hold to make moral
judgements about insults, because you are the leader of profanity in this forum.
In any event, i thought we had truce, but you've proven my suspicion that you
can't be trusted to keep your own words.
 
On the issue with M L Touray, the passage he referred, as me insulting him, was
meant to be read as he did. They were only meant to conjure a point that freedom
of expression is not without limit. In any event he proved me right, as he manifested
that if he was in Yahya Jammeh's position he would have kill me.
 
His reaction was well beyond all proportions. Though i accepted that my choice of
phrase was not appropriate, but his response was well out of proportion. For that
reason, i appologise to him for my passage, but I refuse to appologise for my
response to his response!
 
I would further apologise to all those who were offended by my use inappropriate
language. I further appologise to Malanding for the stress the whole issue must
have caused him!
 
As for Bailo, I know you can't wait to see me cease my support for UDP. So that
you and the rest of the PDOIS camp can write whatever you want to write about
the UDP without my stiff and unflinching challenge! 
 
As for those who cared enough to get in touch, thanks!
For your advices i have written this email and as i promised you all i will go silence,
probably for good!
