I think the Social Affairs Secretary is the official to notify of such unexpected absences Ndokeh. If it is not part of the duties of this office, might you think it a good idea to suggest it be? In other words coordinate communication between members of the GPU-USA and her executive. Sort of like the human resources division of the GPU-USA. I have noticed that sometimes unnecessary angst is created due to a mere vacuum in communication. Otherwise good and honorable folk are given to undue suspicion and distrust for nought. And once onset, it mushrooms unchecked. What about Jambang and Sankara. Do you know why they did not attend? Were they also indisposed and for lack of this mechanism, no one was informed???
