The new Sherriff Jean Marie Dore' is embarked on forming his new transition
government and as sure as the sun will shine, the gesters, charlatans, sober,
and disillusioned, all come out in full regalia to strut their stuff and market
their virtues. The trades unions warn that if they are not given due
consideration, the street demonstrations will return like the La-Guinea of old,
the army says they will not be ignored. This in a nation that has known only men
and idiots in fatigue. The political parties push the merits of their patrons
and leverage their widespread loyalties, real or imagined, and the youth, well
