Your take is sensible.

Please refer to forward that appears to support former High Court Judge Safiatou Njie should she wish to challenge her extradition to Banjul.

I was tempted to say yes JDAM but she is not likely to face justice in Gambia and UK will therefore be delinquent if she were to honour a mere extradition agreement without honouring the underlying tenet of that agreement. I would have loved to see the idiot face justice somewhere. The allegations if found to be true, I don't think even UK wants her to remain in their country. Perhaps they should try her themselves.

Haruna.

Do you think she should be extradited?

Gambia to seek extradition of Justice Saffiatou Njie from UK

Will the UK gov't send Saffiatou Njie to face Jammeh's Justice?
The Gambia government says it will seek extradition of former High Court judge from the United Kingdom to face corruption charges.

The country's chief prosecutor Richard N. Chenge told a criminal court in Banjul that Justice Department will begin extradition proceedings against former High Court Judge, Justice Saffiatou Njie, who is among two other Justices indicted on corruption charges.
Justice Saffiatou Njie and two other High Court Judges; Justice Nguie Mboob Janneh and Justice Amina Saho Ceesay, stand accused of complicity in embezzling millions of Dalasis of public funds..... www.senegambianews.com

Thank you.
Haruna
