Go eat shit Ndokeh. Too amateurish. Your understanding is wrong. If Giuseppe has a different reasoning for his notes, then you might not be sure of your reasoning on Giuseppe's notes. Is that a fair statement? And when you synthesize your two reasonings, fashion a solution to your problems. The two of you. I don't see where your kebaa is needed. Whaddoyou think? Slow news day hangh!

That said, I think you need to reach a truce with Joe. Let focus on the bigger picture.

The UDP is a government in waiting. There is no doubt about that. You should get people like Joe on your camp.

Don't go down that level to engage in futility exchanges . Reach out to them even if they hate or oppose Ousainou.

The problem at hand is beyond politics. It requires sober, and frank reflection.

This blame game got to stop if we as a nation want to effect political change. Otherwise, you might end up spending 365 days here at Ellen casting blames against other.

Sambo,

The fact that PDOIS can't hold rallies is not because Yahya bars them from holding rallies, it is because they cannot draw more than a 100 people to any rally. The IGP does not deny PDOIS permits to hold rallies. And they still can't hold a rally. In order to hold pseudo-rallies, they engage in solo fact-finding missions for witch-hunt. Since when does anyone need a bullhorn for a fact-finding mission??? Don't make us laugh. Nobody wants to join PDOIS to fight any battle because PDOIS is not reliable and they are ever-schemin'

UDP is the largest opposition party in Gambia.

UDP/NRP alliance is all the opposition party unity Gambia needs if the aim is to remove Yahya from the presidency.

Why you change Femi Peters' imprisonment to settle intractable scores with UDP is odious. Are you not satisfied with your membership in PDOIS? Might you suggest to them how better to lead you? I don't know if you realize this or not, but where UDP, NRP, or GMC is denied permit to hold rallies, joining PDOIS, which is what you hope for, is akin to suicide. We all know how the solo-factfinding on witches and wizards ended up for you. And you sought relief via the judiciary. I guess you don't have much against lawyers and the judiciary then. Wallai momo nyaamaata iko ibeh bulala PDOIS finkintewol le noma, ilabango teh nyeenyaala.

Why Sambo and PDOIS think that a diminished NRP, UDP, GMC are the best avenues for PDOIS cluelessness behoves Gambians. For 20 odd years, they have been on the catwalk, repackaging stale dogmas and ideologies and when they had an opening to lean on others' sobriety, they screwed the opportunity up in NADD. Who wants to be led by PDOIS??????????????????????? or any permutation of it??? PDOIS tried to engineer a marriage of convenience with NDAM and ppp. Wonder how that marriage is going? You guys can't even choose a bride if one fell on your laps. You go about life angry at everyone else but your own inadequacies. You'd think you will learn from 2 decades of mistakes and missteps. But no. Let us destroy Gambia if we can't lead it. Get a life people. Your emergencies do not urgencies constitute for Gambians. To be sure, we are all in a fight. However, PDOIS fights a different existential battle from the rest of Gambia.

Joe Saangbuda

Old man you talk like a man who left his head behind. How can you get so excited that you speak like a
drunkard. Who told you the UDP is paralyzed by the sentencing of Mr Peters? You surely don't know the
determination of our party.

If you wish to express your excitement to the news of a senior UDP member being sent to prison, by the
Jammeh Kangaroo courts, you might express that than beating the bush about what Darboe ought or ought
not to do. Your counsel has never been sought.

Old man you are indeed foolish and naive to think that the UDP is paralyzed by the despicable acts of the
Jammeh regime against Mr Peters. In fact you failed to realize that even Mr Peters does not
want the UDP to be paralyzed by his sentencing. He, just like the rest of us wants to see this fight continues
and not cease till we can bring the criminals to justice, who committed crimes against our falling soldiers.

Old man, the UDP is not an individual but a party as you seemed to have misconceived; and you seemed to have
shared that retarded mindset with the APRC Kangaroo Magistrate Kayode. The UDP will remain a force even if
Mr Peters had been sentenced to death or Lawyer Ousainou Darboe is murdered by the Jammeh thugs.

The UDP since its inception in 1996, had been subjected to all forms of persecution by the Jammeh regime.
The UDP supporters have been tortured to death, fired from their jobs, some still missing and some sent to exile;
yet the UDP remain a force in the Gambia, in the UK and the US.

Though the arrest of Mr Peters cannot be underestimated, as it is a big set back to the UDP; but its surely does not
paralyze the UDP and it is very foolish of you and naive to come to that stupid conclusions that the UDP is now
paralyzed. Are you on Jammeh's payrol, Mr Sambou from Casamance.

Let me inform you old man the UDP is stronger today than ever before and you must pass that message to your
brethren Jammeh.

You further baffled me by questioning Lawyer Darboe's wish to appeal against the draconian decision of magistrate
Kayode. If Ousainou does not apppeal against Peters' sentencing, what would he do. Take up arms against Jammeh.
Less you fail to realise Ousainou is not a rebel leader but a lawyer and politician. Therefore, he will fight against Peters'
sentence through the limited legal frameworks existing in the Gambia. If you want war with Jammeh, you can go to
Gambia and join a battle with him but don't expect the UDP to start a rebellion for you.

Nelson Mandela won his freedom and that of his party and people without waging war against his persecutors.

So Mr Sangbuda, save us your rhetoric. This is no time for your nonsense.

Ansu, the title of this thread is: Femi Is getting ready to go to Prison for 1year and fine of D10,000.  How did you miss that?  Why don't you just be honest and say you are here because you took offense to my take on Ousainou?  How the hell am I answerable to you?  Look at your whole thread, you have not even mentioned the name Femi Peters once, because of your focus on holding brief for Ousainou.  Many have tried your silly tactic and found out it don't work with me.  The rest of Gambia is waiting for your dear leader?  Today is day three for Femi, while you try to displace your aggression.  Am I holding Femi?  Look at you folks, all paralyzed.  If you folks cannot respond to this test run by Yaya, you think the rest of Gambia will continue to listen to your nonsense?  You guys are the biggest and baddest, how come Femi is in jail?  This is the stuff Gambians have been telling you folks for the last ten years but you could not see the forest for the tree.  All this while you knew the man will be locked up, yet you slept at the switch.  No matter how you try, the issue is Femi, Ousainou, and Yaya, and is Femi is locked up which was televised to you folks many moons ago. When a thread reads Joe and Ansu, trust me you do not have to coax me to meet you half way at any level.  Right now, it is about Femi Peters only.

You can talk all the nonsense you can utter here but you still have not addressed the fundamental question I asked of you...what have you done with all your grand tactics up your sleeve and the bravery that only Joe Sambou has? Pleeeeease we are dying to hear you so that if it has any merits perhaps some of us can join you and may be we can make a difference in The Gambia. May be you can lead us deliver Gambians from Jammeh's tyranny.

What is sacrilegious about calling a spade just that? I do not intend for a coward to lead me and I will say it loud and clear. None asked anyone to be a politician. What talk is cheap? It is apparent that you and I do not have the same level of anxiety regarding what is happening in the Gambia. I also perfectly do under that you are not here to address my Cheap Talk, but are irritated by my explosion on the time waster that Ousainou Darboe is manifesting to be. I know for a fact that you will not be this cool like a pack of Camels if someone close to you was whisked. I do not need to know anyone personally to be this outraged. Since when do I ever speak for you? Ansu, I am not in the mood to join you in this Maslaa nonsense and you do not have to bother with anything I say, deal? If not, I say use your delete key often because you will hear my mind and not Ansu's, if you read me. Why do you think the UDP cadre are quiet? They know that their leadership is paralyzing them and it is about time folks muster the courage to speak up. The gatekeepers of the opposition are suffocating Gambians.
>

> Ansu, now that we reached an understanding, please let me exercise my rights as a citizen. Why the hell did Ousainou as a party leader defend Femi? Ousainou knew that whether he does or do not defend Femi, the outcome will be the same. He knew exactly what he is doing. Now that the rubber met the cement and Femi is languishing in jail, Ousainou the politician is hiding behind Ousainou the Lawyer and cannot say anything that would address the clear fix that he knew to be the outcome by the frauds he continues to try to defend, the Judiciary. Ousainou knows that the Judiciary and Yaya are one and the same, but try asking Ousainou his opinion about the Judiciary and you see him foam all over the place without saying anything. Enough of this nonsense. It is simple folks, Ousainou cannot continue to carry on with this pretext. You are not the Lawer for the opposition but a leader of an opposition party. Thus, you need to quit this business of speaking as a Lawyer at all times while all around you are being whisked to jail. How come Ousainou can never say what Femi said or did? Shingle, Rambo, et al went to jail not because they were alter boys for Yaya. It is only in the Gambia do you see the opposition rank a file whisked to jail while the party leader shuffles papers for their appeal, when they know they are wasting their time. If the rest of the world could not get Chief Manneh out, what is Ousainou thinking that his GRAND APPEAL is the thing we need? It is like the cart pulling the horse. No, it is Tchangaria that is whisked to jail not his driver, if you catch my drift. I am not telling the UDP how to conduct their business, but just in case they think folks are not aware, your leadership is lending a hand to what is happening in the Gambia. If Femi can be railroaded, what chance does the average Gambian have without the backing of a political party?

What have you done yourself?

Believe it or not but I agree with some of your assessments about the futility of some of their tactics against the regime. I am just observing your behavior on this forum and I urge you to take stock of it and I am sure you can do better. If you can try to be a bit more constructive in your criticisms may be you can be taken more seriously. I know you have opinions and so do we all. But, you think yours is the best approach everytime and anything else is worthless. I am not sure how long you have been whaling against Jammeh now but I what I think is right, don't you think you should have done something about him by now? TALK IS CHEAP!!!
