11. Mali opposition party RPM convenes and takes stock of Mali Muni-09. Theme: RPM works for Mali.
12. San Sports Federation celebrates. This is where fishing began in Mali Olfactor.
13. A look back at the National Youth Service Corps. The beginnings of the Mali National Guard and Military Proving Ground. 1983.
