Ivory Coast First Lady Madame Simone Gbagbo is received by Mali First Lady LTT for a rededication of Gbagbo's book "Words of Honour". The book shares the socio-political ambiance of Ivory Coast and offers inspiration for a dynamic culture threatened by political asphyxiation. I encourage everyone to obtain a copy of the book.

The exploration licence was issued after the Environmental Impact Assessment was completed. I advise due-regard to a cogent rate of extraction and an emphasis on processing in Mali.
