Ok, let's forget ZUma had epileptic seizures for a minute we'll come back to that later.
 
Now your rhetorical question is: Just because someone has epileptic seizures does not make him/her unfit to lead a nation. Remmember epileptic seizure is uncontrolled movement of muscles and limbs. That means the normal symphony of locomotion is interrupted and the muscles and limbs go haywire. SO imagine you are in charge of pressing the nuclear button or placing a top hat on a deepsea gusher that threatens the existence of your nation. The one that you call yourself leading. Hello, Ginny, Hello!!!! Now if you have epileptic seizures at seeing people at summits and part of your leadership is attending these summits, what're you gonna do????????
 
Ginny, Zuma did not really have epileptic seizures. That was allegory on my part. I know you can't read French so I will save you the chagrin by sharing with you that Adam did not imply that Zuma had seizures either. The idea was that Zuma was uncomfortable at the sight of what he calls Junta leaders at the summit when Yahya was not invited. What we are saying is that if Zuma is uncomfortable at the mere sight of Juntas, he may have bouts of epileptic seizures when he sees Mali TV's constant broadcast of ATT meeting with these Juntas and the Juntas calling ATT their mentor and inspiration.

seizure doens't make them unfit to lead.  Unless of course, there is

in the article that you've left out in the title and your message.  As
the article is in French, which is a language I don't know very well.
