Daffeh,
Does PDOIS really require people who even express a desire to vote for them to register membership?????? I'm calling my uncle Sidia to deregister right now. Oh he's in nadd. Never mind. Who has an uncle in PDOIS? Can you please find out if he is a registered member??? How much is PDOIS paying him for membership for life?????????????

These people are too funny.
Haruna. If APRC has a registration decree you know they'll be freshident for life. What?????? Good night Daffeh and Rene.

Oh! I forgot to add; membership registration is not a Gambian concept.

I think Haruna has stole the show from me here with that brilliant response. However, I am glad that he has made the job lot easier for me since I do not need to dwell on the points he has covered and covered effectively and adequately.

While I agree that it is not outside the realm of possiblities that some political parties in the Gambia do not have 20,000 members - Infact this is the case in respect of NADD which had little over 20, 000 votes in 2006. PDOIS had far less in 2001-and notwithstanding Rene's marathon narrative, the enunciation that no party in the Gambia has more than 20,000 members especially in the context it was posited in the PDOIS's Press Release is palpable nonsense.

Kind Regards
Daffeh
