THE DAILY LESSON – July 5, 2010
From the 1955 Kailua Study Group Series - "One Power" by Joel S. Goldsmith:

The world powers sat down to initiate United Nation. The reason “in my opinion”, to this initiatives was to avoid powerful nations taking advantages on the lesser powerful nation in other words, to believe in oneness (a supreme body or Godlike) that look into every nation’s activities and worries over the other even thus, it’s functionaries are still under expectation yet the body has since played a significant role in maintaining part of the reason towards it initiation. The question now is why can’t the world form the same kind of initiative to the oneness of God and create mutual understanding and recognises the fact that every worshipping is answered by the same God with different names as different countries relied on one body called UNITED NOTIONS??

In a different note; Name is very important as we, in (GL&POST) can now observed or recognised the name Haruna Darbo haha (by the way, are your ancestor from Mali or Guinea? well mine are from Mali wasulung Kunda (A tillibonka man) if you asked). In the same vein, PDOIS and Halifa Sallah’s name is gaining ground over other parties as the trend continues. This is why advertising of products was introduces to the end users. Although Gambia is not yet to that extend market oriented yet people are noticing the difference between advertised and under advertised as we can see, President Jammeh beside been the president, gain more popularity through to the fact that, he is shown or featured on TV and national radio in daily basis. If every political party could be features in the same way, tribal politics will run for cover. Therefore, a politician who let his/her name to flourish in the media will sooner or later gain from it depending on the listeners’
and observers’ taste on their deliveries. Therefore, people no need to fight just steadily define the stance of your favoured politician without involving in insults and character deformation. Edi

I now give you my ideal Joel because his words of wisdom is helping my faith towards unity and oneness within humanity:-

“You see, that is what has gotten the world into this war trouble. In the beginning, wars were fought hand to hand and then with knives and spears, and later with pistols. In each case it was one powerful form of matter over a less powerful form of matter. And always the one who had the more powerful form of matter overcame the other until we got to the age where we won World War II with blockbusters and atom bombs - probably the highest form of matter-force yet known, discovered.

If it were possible for this world to discover a form of power greater than the hydrogen bomb, you wouldn’t hear much talk about peace. The world wouldn’t be interested in peace. All it would seek would be a stronger form of matter to destroy someone who has the hydrogen bomb and, as long as we had that in our hip pocket or some other nation had it in their hip pocket, the world would be well content.
It is only when we approach a period like this one where the powers of matter are equal on both sides, where the powers of destruction are equal on both sides, that we begin to say, "Can't we settle this without a fight?"

Some of you may remember that the Kaiser went to war because he was sure that he had a secret up his sleeve. He had the submarine which no one else knew about and which was going to overcome the entire armed forces of the rest of the world. He was going to starve out his enemies with submarines. And, of course, in World War II Hitler had his Air Force which was superior to anything in Europe—not only that, it was superior to anything that we had, and that was to be a sudden blitz. And for awhile we had the atomic bomb, so we gave up our—much at least of our – armament until we discovered that someone else had it too.” ~Joel
