Thanks for sharing this piece on Rwanda.  I feel very ashamed and sad in believing all along that Kagame was not gonna go this direction.  I am really disappointed.  I was convinced that given the recent bloody history of the country, it was understandable that there was a need for zero tolerance for any form of rhetoric that might open up wounds that are just beginning to heal.  You are right the Rwandan authorities are chasing wind.  It is evident that any that poses a challenge to Kagame is being eliminated in the most brutal and inhuman fashion.  This is disgusting.  It is a shame that Kagame is presiding over his own shameful undoing.  All the good he'd been doing since coming to power will vanish and his legacy will be destroyed by the human rights abuses he is sanctioning against his opponents (real or imagined).
