6-SADI and MPR work for Mali and Koutiala. Like YELEMA, PDES, ADEMA-Pasj, URD, CNID-FYT, CODEM, PARENA, and USRDA.
7-Focus - Health: Gastro-enteritis. This doctor wastes a lot of water mali doesn't have. Somebody needs to tell him to ammend his hand-washing scheme.
