Thank you Uncle Buhary. I know you and you are my classmate's uncle. I respect you and see you as an uncle.

This was just a Nursery rhyme and it was not intended for Darboe at all.

About Darboe I will promise you I will not attack his personality and I think I have never attack him personally. I only criticise his politics.

However if this nursery rhyme is seen as an attack on him then I will refrain from nursery rhymes.

It is sad that some elements of the UDP are resorting to insults to my honourable parents. This is sad if that is the level of their maturity.

As my uncle just like my classmate will show you respect and obey you I will do the same.

I will refrain from criticising Darboe on the forums.

Hi Muhammed!
I would like to appeal to you to please stop these attacks on Lawyer
Darboe. It is quite disheartening. He is people's father and others'
hero. He might not mean much to you but he means a lot to others. We
might not agree with the actions and politics of our political leaders
but that should not give us a right to insult them. We want a Gambia
that operates within a democratic space. We should set an example. I
therefore beg you in the name of Allah to once and for all time stop
these attacks against Mr. Darboe. I am not writing as a member or
supporter of UDP but a Gambian concerned by the repeated assaults on
Mr. Darboe. I have never asked a favour of you. This is the first time
and I hope you will grant it. Thanks in advance.
Buharry.
