Joe and others,
Although I am not on the management team but based on the emails I receive through the listowners list, this seem to be a perennial problem at ICORS our host. Many other list managers keep asking the same question. While several suggestions, ideas and reasons have been given no one seem to know what exactly causes this or what one can do to solve it once an for all. The email from one of the list manager shows that we are not alone in this.

Q: have you checked the web interface to your list?  When I experience this
(often) it means that Comcast (my ISP) has decided not to send me one or
more messages, but the messages did post to my ICORS lists and did arrive in
other users mailboxes (my other admin is on Cox).

If your mail is in the web interface but not your mailbox, it's likely that
your ISP is blocking the mail before the spam filter.  I learned that
Comcast has more than one level of spam filtering, and I had to call them to
get them to turn off the higher level spam filtering for my account, which
filters before the mail arrives inn my Comcast webmail inbox (or spam
folder).
