Hello from the UK,  I am holidaying in Palm Beach Hoteh, Kotu, Gambia for 2 weeks and   arriving Saturday this week looking forward to some good birdwatching.   I didn't realise until today from my doctor that I should have the   Yellow Fever innoculation. He kindly informed me that I am taking a big   risk going without it and as it is too late to have it, I either have   to decide to go ahead or cancel my holiday. Do you think it is a risk?   I have been looking at various websites about Gambia with different   opinions and don't know for sure who is right or wrong. Can you advise   me? as soon as possible    Thank You    Peggy
