Déclaré vainqueur par le Conseil constitutionnel et soutenu par l’armée, Laurent Gbagbo a été investi président ce samedi. Son opposant Alassane Ouattara a reçu l’appui de la CEI, de l’ONU et de la CEDEAO. Des tirs ont été entendus à Abidjan.

La cérémonie doit se dérouler comme il suit :
Ouverture de l’audience par le secrétaire du conseil constititionnel, suivie par une intervention du président du conseil au terme de laquelle le grand chancelier Youssou Koné remettra le grand collier au président investi. Laurent Gbagbo fera alors son discours.
