In this edition:

1- President Ouattara cautions public officials NOT TO COMPLETE any
transaction as agents of the people of Ivory Coast unless the order for such
agency issues from the blockaded government of Ivory Coast.

2- Laurent Gbagbo attempts to expel the British and Canadian Ambassadors
from Ivory Coast to retaliate against those nations having expelled Gbagbo's
representatives in London and Ottawa. However Britain and Canada disregard
Gbagbo's trespass as illegal because the current President of Ivory Coast
is HE. President Alassane Ouattara, and all current ambassadors to Ivory
Coast serve under the auspices of President Ouattara's government's auspices
and under the grace of the people of Ivory Coast. In simple speak, Gbagbo
comits the crime of fraudulent agency and risks being prosecuted for that
once he leaves office.
I encourage Gbagbo to cease and desist with gratuitous crime.
