Is she beautiful or what?
In this edition;

1. Mali considers which Electoral list to use for the 2012 presidential and legislative elections. It must be gratifying to be able to choose between electoral lists for the symphony of Democracy. RAVEC is the Revised RACE. And even though RAVEC represents an appreciably augmented voter list, it has been discovered that there exists numerous cases of illegal voters having been registered as eligible voters. To be or not to be, that is the question. Must be nice. I say continue to correct RAVEC and use RAVEC.

2. Mali journalists enhance their capacity to improve fairness and transparency in elections. Minister Hon. Sidiki N'Fa Konate shares perspectives.

3. Bamako or Bust! A workshop to explore innovative Financing of development projects. Grants, Gifts, and bilateral loans alone wouldn't cut it. Local Public-Private Partnerships and stockaded investments is the way to go if you ask me. All development is local. I know some folk love OUTSIDE money. But fait attention angh!! Bisimillah.
