Now this one is REALLY funny. The Barack Obama of Africa? Now that one is
really great! The best so far. The only problem is that the original and
real Barack Obama is already of Africa. Why do we need to squeeze him into
all these other personas? Are we trying to make him bigger than he actually
is? To do that, it is his brain that we need to expand, not his persona
because that is and will remain just what it is as long as his brain remains
what it is. The Abraham Lincoln of Africa, the Nelson Mandela of Africa,
etc? Why not just the Yahya Jammeh of Africa, which he actually is, however
small that sounds in spite of the sentence titles? Maybe we should also call
him the Donald Trump of Africa. Or the Donald Duck of Africa? Or better
still, the Newt Gingrich of Africa? Or the Sarah Palin of Africa? Or the
king Saud of Africa? Or even Attila the Hun of Africa!! Forgive me bro.
No disrespect intended. I just couldn't help ruminating on this comic
practice of thrusting our good little dokita into all these other
personas. Thank you for the good laugh.
