Folks, we are once again awakened by the sad death of Jainaba Manneh of Sukuta. Jainaba was in her teenage age. She was a daughter of my neighbor and brother, Babucarr Manneh of Minnesota ( also niece to Sister Fatou Jaw Manneh of Maafanta). By coincidence Babucarr has been on a visit to the Gambia and witnessed the sad incidence. Jainaba was peacefully interned in the Gambia on Monday June 6^th 2011.

 

May the Good Lord Allah (SWT) accept her in the highest heaven. (AMEN!).
