Dear Editor (s), Please allow us space in your widely read medium for this urgent announcement below: The United Democratic Party (UDP) --- New York Chapter hereby invites the general Gambian public and friends of The Gambia to a TOWN--HALL MEETING on Sunday, July 24th, 2011.  This meeting is organized in honor of Honorable. Momodou Lamin (Shyngle) Nyassi, the UDP National Organizing Secretary who is on a short visit in the United States.  Since his arrival, Hon. Nyassi has held series of consultations and business meetings with some New York State elected officials at City and State levels including Human Rights Organizations.  Hon. Nyassi has already secured appointments with two prominent US Congressional Leaders who are looking forward to meeting with him as part of a delegation.                                                            Meeting Venue:   2006 Westchester Avenue Hall on # 6 Train line Time:    5:00 PM  to  8:00 PM.
