Nonsense. Let it be known to them that many Gambians have turned down Jammeh's offers. Lawyer Ousman Sillah and Dr. Kora have all turned down Yahya Jammeh's ministerial posts.

Or no, Halifa is a 'hero' because he investigated Jammeh's 'witch arresting' campaign in Makumbaya until he was arrested. Cut the crap. How many Gambians have been arrested for doing what is right? Would Sallah claim he was tortured in detention? If you want to name the heroes of our struggle, beat the drums for Deyda Hydara, Syngle Nyassi, Babucarr Gaye, Madi K.
