A leading militant of the ruling APRC, popularly known as ‘APRC Guerilla’ has again called on mayors and regional governors to rally their people, in order to fulfill their pledge of giving the Gambian leader a 100% vote in the forthcoming presidential election. 

Pa Musa Sanyang made this remark recently during an interview with the Daily Observer.  “By doing that, we will show to the whole world that it is a clear indication and manifestation of our love and support for the Gambian leader,” he said.

He reiterated his commitment to campaign massively for President Jammeh, and went on to stress that the Gambian leader’s achievements are appreciated by all patriotic citizens, who will surely vote him back into office to continue moving the country forward. 

“So mayors and governors, this is a challenge for you.  We must defeat the opposition in the upcoming presidential election, whereby everything would be clear and transparent without any hindrance,” he stated. 

The ‘APRC Guerilla’ further stated that he will not spare a vote for any opposition party because according to him, they [opposition politicians] are ‘storytellers’.  He finally predicted that come 24th November 2011, President Jammeh will be re-elected as president of the Republic of The Gambia.
