Humor: Bukki

 

The wolf’s other names in Ollof are Bukki and Mbaat. The story goes that Bukki lost the mother and sacrificed a ram (harr) for the funeral. Bukki divided the meat into four portions and then announced that one portion was for Bukki, the second one was for Mbaat, the third was for the one who lost the mother, and the fourth was for the one who first puts hands on it. As soon as Bukki mentioned about the fourth portion, Bukki puts the arms on the fourth portion, so the whole meat goes to none but Bukki alone.
