The Judiciary in a minor reshuffle has swapped two Principal Magistrates with immediate effect, judicial sources confirmed to this reporter. Principal Magistrate Taiwo Ade Alagbe formerly of the Kanifing Magistrates Court has returned to the Banjul Magistrates Court as the Principal Magistrate in the said court, whilst Principal Magistrate Sheriff B. Tabally has been moved from the Banjul Magistrates Court to Kanifing Magistrates Court as the Principal Magistrate in the said court.

Both Magistrate Forster of the Bundung Magistrates Court and Principal Magistrate Hilary U. Abeke of the Brikama Magistrates Court still remain in their various jurisdictions. Meanwhile, the Judicial secretary, John Belford confirmed the move when contacted.
