It is healthy to have multiple opposition parties in a nation during peace and innocuous periods of democratic life. When a nation is mired in constitutional criminality and wanton graft, that emergency becomes the pre-occupation of the democratic people. All the people, opposition and incumbent parties and independent persons must all engage to relieve the nation of such distress and only then consider institutional democratic activity.

"A politically-sick nation remains sick until an equal and countervailing political activity treats the sickness for proper pivot. To regain due north on the democratic compass". Haruna Darbo - The GDP.

A politically-sick nation = A constitution assaulted. An assaulted constitution cannot support further political activity. The nation enters a downward spiral of pandemic decay.

All hands must be on deck in Senegal to first impeach President Wade by political estoppel. Then they can contest the election in whatever permutation they desire. If they are not able to compel Wade to withdraw his candidature for President for a third term, they must all boycot the election in protest of high treason. I commend Youssou Ndure for proclaiming his candidacy and I encourage him to join with all existing political parties to treat Senegal and relieve it of its ailment before conducting bona-fide elections. Keep their proclaimed candidatures intact for now but come together to impeach Wade or bar him from contesting the presidency. They must hold the PDS party harmless and even co-opt the PDS party of Wade in a grand citizen movement to impeach the criminal Wade. The current CENI and schedule for elections must be suspended pending coordination of a Wadeless election. Haruna. Karim is free to contest such election like any other Senegalese citizen and I encourage him to work with Senegal's people and political parties to bar Maitre Wade from sullying the democratic life of Senegal any further. Haruna.

AFP.
