This Easter

Let a million colored candles burn

Their dancing flames kiss

Those shivering blue skies

Let pregnant clouds dissolve

And pour their storms of peace

Upon all deserving souls!

This Easter

Let forests of sacred incense burn

Their fragrant smoke embrace

That golden lonely moon

Let a million smiling stars twinkle

And shower their golden blessings

Upon all worthy souls!

This Easter

Let a million fertile roses bloom

And spread their pied garments

Adorn this world with flags of love

Let the busy bee kiss those pools of sweet nectar

And sweet honey wash

All well-meaning hearts!

This Easter

Let all good souls be blessed

And blessed yet again!

Not with what they want or seek

But with what they truly need

With what is good for them!
