Haruna:

In  the spirit of thanksgiving, I return the same good wishes to you.

Yes, I have seen you thread many times about Obama. Can you believe Romney's new charge of Obama giving away "gifts" to youths and African Americans? It proved to us that such a guy was not ready to be commander in chief.

Your feelings about General Petraeus are mutually shared thus, "Petraeus for his gallant service and encourage his wife to forgive the Gen. Upon forbearance, I encouraged President Obama to reconsider the General's resignation."

Yes, Waa's part is probably stale. He did the damage long time ago. Nonetheless, history will be fed of his political toad-metamorphosis.

Best for the holiday to you and all our readers.

Yero

Yero, I did revel in President Obama's re-election even before the close of voting and before any poll was announced. I continue to revel in it. I also honored and commended Gen. Petraeus for his gallant service and encourage his wife to forgive the Gen. Upon forbearance, I encouraged President Obama to reconsider the General's resignation. Sorry I didn't do these things on Ellen, I thought I was tailoring my messages to the proper audiences.

Keep us updated on Uwaa Mbarodi Yero. Not that I am interested but it may serve as continuing education material for the impressionable minds among us.

Thank you men. Best wishes for the holidays.

Haruna.

Haruna:

Good to see your lines. I didn't see you congratulate Obama or sympathize with General Petraeus. (LOL)

Jokes aside, hopefully someone down there in the Jammeh camp is sneaking in the forums and reading us. Again, they better heed on your advice.

I think Samateh's touch on 'Fankung Fankung' (Mandinka word for everyone on their own) was in reference to what our poor Gambia has become. It is unconfirmed yet, but the speculations are rife that the old lion (Mbarodi) of Niumina might come back to Jammeh's meadows to graze on greener pastures. Remember his comments right after he lost his position was that he is still loyal to the president. That part of politics really tickles me Haruna.

Best regards,
Yero

Thanks Yero for sharing.

If the idiot Yahya had any common sense, he would use the Libyan Assets in Gambia to come to the aid of these youth and compensate them for injuries they sustained at the hands of the Libyan militias. But because he is African, and illiterate on top of that, there is no way Yahya can think such complex thoughts.

The Gambia being very smal, the number 1195 is alarming. In recent years, the number of people using the down road to Spain and other countries has increased drastically. It is too risky.

Best,
Yero
