Suntou:

For what it is worth, I have seen you thread before that you were born in Freetown. I suggest that you do not give these allegations some importance. That is why both Demba and I said, we shouldn't condone the kind of stuff.

On the issue of NTCG, I see no reason why you guys should keep us in the dark. It was Bayo who came up with these press releases saying that your men were in the Gambia, also that we should ask our relatives to take refuge in the neighboring country. Suntou, I don't know about you, but I am not taking that lightly.

For your knowledge, I spoke with an NTCH insider last week. I spoke with a different source connected to Dakar as well. I understand that Bayo is trying to have audience with the Senegalese President M. Sall, to which his efforts are fruitless. I also understand that M. Sall is not and will not have audience with Bayo. I also understand that Bayo secured some funding upto one million (US) dollars. Further, I learnt that Bayo is unable to reach a compromise with other groups wishing to join in. Anyway, your silence on us is helping us. Needless to mention the countless efforts to talk to Bayo and to no avail.

Don't you agree that Bayo should have done all his home work well before getting people to that level? In any military tactic, why would you even tell the enemy that you will attack him on such and such date.

Let's make this a discussion. I am afraid that some of you (not all) are just mere signatories to a deal you don't know much about hence your silence. The main person I heard is Bayo.

Anyway, just becareful guys....other groups took stance to give you guys the benefit of the doubt.

For all I care, you guys owe us a lot....you've shattered all my hopes.

Best regards,
Yero

In any case, I understand the limitations at play. For all it is worth, I was not born in the Gambia, I arrived in the Gambia two years after the 1981 coup. Hence, all the cock and bull stories are fiction of the guy's imagination.
On other issues you raise, in good time, we will chat over them. For now, I think more ground works need to be done, and the element of surprise package is necessary. Our struggle requires care in not 'throwing the baby with the birth water'. You are keenly interested in our efforts. Not bad, but not now to talk. Different opinions have been generated over our group. This is entirely health. A national dialogue must involve, reactionaries, opportunist opinionated bystanders, elite wannabes  and all sorts, we're equal to the plight of the Gambia. Whoever has a solution, you don't need permission from anyone, step forward and be counted. Thanks

Suntou,

For all I can tell you, I am appreciative of you telling us how you felt about our threads thus giving me the opportunity to break it down for you. If you remained MUTE about it, you risked hurting yourself for clearly no good reason.

I almost forgot that you are entitled fully to your own interpretation whether wrong or right on what people write. Contrary to what you perceived from our posting (Demba and I), please don’t lose sleep over it. I was just letting you know that we are on your side not because of the relationship or having to know you for a while, we were simply defending the truth. Different people address things in different ways.  You know that I would rather have you talk to me about Bayo than anything else. Let this one go and please open a new chapter. Again, you do not owe us any apologies.  I am not buying your analogy below even though I understand where you are trying to get to.

If you are ready to talk about Bayo and the NTCG, please give me a call. Otherwise, get to the humor section without delay and let his imposter go his way.
